Order Confirmation & Tracking

· You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

· Once dispatched, we’ll share a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

· Opt-in for WhatsApp updates to stay informed at every step.

Order Processing

· All Mishmou™ products are packed in eco-conscious materials and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

· Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

· During festive seasons or new launches, processing may take longer — but we’ll keep you updated.

Delivery Timelines

We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

· Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

· Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (available in select metro cities)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, location, or courier constraints. We’ll notify you if delays occur.

Zone Definitions

To keep shipping fair and transparent, our courier partners classify delivery regions into zones:

· Zone A – Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata)
· Zone B – Tier-1 cities and state capitals
· Zone C – Large towns and regional hubs
· Zone D – Semi-urban areas and smaller towns
· Zone E – Remote districts and rural locations
· Zone F – Special service areas (North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, etc.)

Delivery Locations

We deliver to most pin codes across India. If your location is outside our serviceable zone, we’ll notify you during checkout. We’re continuously expanding our reach — because every baby deserves Mishmou™ care.

We believe packaging should protect your product — and the planet. That’s why we use recyclable, minimal-plastic materials and clean handling protocols. Gift wrapping or discreet packaging is available on request.
