Note: Opened, tampered, or used products are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene risks. We do not accept returns based on personal preferences such as scent, texture, or packaging aesthetics once the seal is broken.

Baby wipes are intimate care products. Once opened, they are exposed to airborne particles, skin contact, and environmental moisture. Mishmou™ adheres to NABL-accredited testing protocols and zero-contamination standards. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of opened products under any circumstance. This policy is not just regulatory—it’s ethical. It ensures that no baby ever receives a product that has been compromised.
