Returns are accepted for eligible items in unused, original condition within 7 days of delivery. Mishmou™ reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Product & Safety

Yes. Mishmou™ wipes are crafted from ultra-soft, biodegradable fabric, dermatologically tested, pH balanced, and free from alcohol, parabens, phthalates, sulphates, nitrosamines, and synthetic fragrances. For preemies or babies with known allergies, we recommend patch testing before full use.

All Mishmou™ wipe variants are enriched with allergenfree fragrance and are certified safe for sensitive baby skin. The fragrance is carefully designed to be subtle and soothing, avoiding any artificial or overpowering perfumes. This ensures a gentle, trusted experience with every wipe.

Mishmou™ wipes are formulated with natural, skin-loving ingredients and eco-conscious materials. Each variant offers a unique care experience:

· Silkberry Oat Snuggles – Jamun fruit extract + colloidal oatmeal for soothing comfort.

· Bamboo Nest – Bamboo leaf extract + aloe vera liquid for softness and breathability.

· Rosehug Botanika – Rose petal extract + marshmallow root extract for gentle cleansing and bonding.
